2. Data collected via the contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the following data: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
3. Purposes of processing
We process this data in order to handle your inquiry, to get in touch with you and to carry out pre-contractual steps at your request.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), on the performance of pre-contractual steps or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Recipients of the data
The data submitted via the contact form is forwarded to our own internal CRM and notification system, which runs on our own server infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. LinkedIn Insight Tag
On our website we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). It is loaded only after you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It enables statistics on the use of our website as well as reach and reporting functions.

7. Cookies
We use technically necessary (essential) cookies that are required for the operation of the website and do not require consent.
In addition, we only use consent-based cookies and technologies (e.g. the LinkedIn Insight Tag) after you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
8. Hosting
Our website is hosted on our own virtual private server (VPS) located within the European Union.

9. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Inquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
10. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority at the registered office of the controller is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
Visitors from Germany may, in addition, contact the state data protection authority (Landesdatenschutzbehörde) responsible for their place of residence.
12. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
